Cereal Bars
INGREDIENTS
2 servings Your Whey Protein
1 1/2 cups Kashi Go-Lean cereal
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 cup mini marshmallows
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Slightly crush cereal in a small bowl. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Mix cereal and cranberries together in a small bowl. Heat: marshmallows, honey, and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Immediately pour over cereal mixture. Add Your Whey Protein and mix ingredients until evenly coated. Shape into 24 balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
