Pecan Pie
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 servings Your Whey Protein
1 (9 inch) ready-made pie crust
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup honey (sugar free)
1 cup Splenda® Granular
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. margarine
1 1/4 cups pecans
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium-sized bowl, beat egg substitute and Your Whey Protein together. In a small pan, melt margarine. Add honey, Splenda®, vanilla extract, and margarine to protein mixture and mix well. Add pecans to mixture. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for approximately 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
