Protein Omelet

INGREDIENTS
1 serving Your Whey Protein
1 cup egg substitute
3 tablespoons fat-free milk
1/4 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Salsa or hot sauce (optional)
Mix Your Whey Protein, egg substitute, milk, and cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Pour mixture into a skillet over medium heat. Fry until eggs are slightly brown, then fold to form a half circle. Add salt and pepper to taste.
