Your Whey

 

Cannoli & Strawberries

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ - 2 servings of Your Whey Protein
1 (15 oz.) carton nonfat ricotta cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
1 cup strawberries, sliced
Nonfat chocolate syrup, optional
Combine Your Whey Protein, ricotta cheese, and powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until creamy and smooth. Stir in orange extract and chocolate chips; mix well. Pour cream into four individual dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate 3-6 hours before serving. Top each with 1/4 cup sliced strawberries and chocolate syrup if desired.
