Mashed Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
3 servings Your Whey Protein
2 pounds baking potatoes
1 cup skim milk
4-6 ounces fat free shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until tender. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Pour mixture into a pan and sprinkle another pinch of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cook at 350° for 10 minutes or until the top of the potatoes is lightly browned. Add salt and pepper to taste.
