Spicy Tuna Wrap

INGREDIENTS
1 serving Your Whey Protein
1 - 6 oz. can tuna fish (in water)
2 tsp. hot sauce
1 wheat flour tortilla
Lettuce (optional)
Beans (optional)
Salsa (optional)
Combine Your Whey Protein, tuna, and hot sauce in a large bowl. Microwave the tortilla on HIGH for 15-30 seconds or until soft. Pour the tuna mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Add your condiments of choice (lettuce, beans, salsa, etc. Wrap the sides of the tortilla around the tuna mixture.
